The BRITS in LAAX

11th April 2016
The first week on the bex and Webbo camp I was skiing down p60 doing all the rails and hips also nearly at the end of the week I was doing the medium pro line spinning left and right 360s on the first jump then 540s and 720s with safety grabs on the second and third jump which made me feel really happy. We also went to the freestyle academy 3 times and there was trampolines airbags, foam pit’s, and there was a skating boulder and a mini half pipe.

The second week was the Brits week and on Monday it was just a practice day so I practiced my run in the halfpipe. Wednesday was slopestyle but the weather was bad so it got called off. On Thursday It was slopestyle again but the weather was garbage again so we had to just do the rails at the top, we had three runs each on my 1st run I just did the rail normally on my second run it was the best, I did a switch on to one of the biggest pro rail. At the presentation I won gold which made me feel awesome. On Friday it was halfpipe but the pipe wasn’t running so great so I just had to do my best. Unfortunately I didn’t get the height I wanted but I was happy with my run.  I came second and won a Silver medal which was cool. On Saturday the last day was a rail contest and I won 10 franks for doing the sickest trick in the U12’s which was a k-fed and a switch on 270 off. Thank you Webbo, Rob Machon, Andy Bennett and my Dad for helping me. I can’t wait to go back to LAAX 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
